Delivery questions

We ship from China to the United States. U.S. orders ship free, with estimated delivery 10–15 days after payment.

Return requests

To request a change-of-mind return, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are sent to China. Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide the return instructions.
