Using our website
You must be legally able to enter into the transaction and authorized to use the payment method provided. Supply accurate contact and delivery details. Do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, interference with its operation or other unlawful activity.
Products and prices
Check the model, capacity, color, power requirements and description before ordering. Photographs are illustrative; lighting and screen settings can affect color appearance. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The total and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before submission. We offer free shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Contact us if a product detail or price appears incorrect.
Orders, payment and changes
Payments are processed through Stripe. Available card and wallet options are displayed at checkout. Only payment methods displayed at checkout can be used. Review your selection, address and total before ordering. If availability, a material listing error or another issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Amounts collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
For changes or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. We will check whether your request can be accommodated before dispatch; changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after shipment. After delivery, the return policy applies.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from China to the United States. Shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Estimated arrival is 10–15 days after payment, including preparation and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If an order is delayed or does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate and explain the options. See Shipping & Delivery.
Returns and refunds
Request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving the item. It must be unused, with all accessories and original packaging. Contact us before returning it; we provide instructions and the return address in China after reviewing your request.
The customer pays return shipping to China for non-quality returns. We cover return shipping for confirmed quality issues; contact us to arrange the process before paying for shipment. After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we process the refund within 7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and details. Change-of-mind conditions do not limit mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods. Read Returns & Refunds.
Product care and safety
Follow the instructions supplied with your fountain, including power, cleaning and maintenance guidance. Use it only for its intended purpose and stop using it if damaged or unsafe. Website information is not veterinary advice.
Privacy and communications
We use order information for fulfilment, related support and notifications as described in our Privacy Policy. Purchasing or contacting support does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter signup is a separate choice.
Website content and availability
Text, images and branding belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may browse and shop; other uses must respect intellectual property rights. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Contact us about errors or access problems.
Questions and updates
Email service@catwaterfountain.org with order concerns so we can work to resolve them. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer rights. Updates will show an effective date and will not retroactively change an existing purchase without a lawful basis.
