Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel comfortable choosing a fountain for your cat. If you need to arrange a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

7-day change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused and returned with all accessories and its original packaging.

How to request a return

1. Email service@catwaterfountain.org with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. Our team will provide the return instructions and the return address in China after you submit your request.
3. Follow the instructions provided before mailing your return.

Return destination and shipping costs

All returns are sent to China. The return address is provided after you contact us.

• For change-of-mind returns and other non-quality reasons, the customer pays the return shipping cost to China.
• For a quality issue, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us first so we can arrange the return with you.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, email us with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos if available. The unused-product and original-packaging conditions above apply to change-of-mind returns.

Refund processing

After we receive your return and it passes inspection, we will process the approved refund within 7 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
