Weakness

• The reservoir of the Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain cannot stand up independently, so you have to lift it straight up or lean it against something sturdy in order to refill, otherwise it leaks. Same with replacing it, you have to flip it over quickly (over sink), then carry holding it straight up to back of fountain.

• You need to clean them on a regular bases and the Drinkwell cleaning kit with the three brushes is strongly recommended to use. There are definitely some hard to reach places, but with the appropriate brushes, it makes it that much easier.
